Clinton County Fair Hair

In the summer of 2017 i was contacted by a young lady who was to be participating in Clinton County Fair and was giving a speech to be Fair Queen. I immediately jumped at the opportunity because there was going to be at least 100 people there to watch the speech and notice how beautiful her hair was.
